What modes of payment are accepted?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Amex, and PayNow through the QR code provided.

How fast is the delivery?

The delivery lead time would be 3 to 5 working days*, the delivery timing is from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.

*This is subjected to availability of stock, and limited to Singapore only.

Self-collection

There is the option of self-collection of your order to not incur any delivery charges. Do call us ahead at +65 6425 0443 to make an appointment before heading down.

The self-collection point is at 1 Corporation Drive #09-07 REVV Singapore 619775.

Changes to order

To cancel your order or edit shipping address, drop us a message through the live chat button or call us at +65 6425 0443. We will require the following information:

  1. Order / Invoice Number
  2. Contact information: Your name, Email Address and Contact Number
  3. Shipping address (Only for those that want to edit shipping address)
Exchange Policy

Once a product has been sold, it cannot be exchanged except for the following:

  • Products(s) received is different from what is stated on the invoice. (E.g. Wrong goods are delivered, Product is found to be faulty)
  • Only products that cost equal or more than $SGD15.00 are exchangeable. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • If the product(s) received is wrong or faulty, there will be a one-to-one exchange for the same product. To exchange a product, please contact us within 3 days upon receiving the goods.

Local Exchange Policy
Exchange of product(s) will be arranged at our office @ 1 Corporation Drive #09-07 REVV Singapore 619775

Overseas Exchange Policy
Such cases will be subjected to our discretion. We will assess the situation based on a case-by-case basis and determine the eligibility of the exchange.

All products to be exchanged have to be returned to us in their original packaging & must be accompanied with the sales invoice with the date of purchase and a brief description of the fault of the product(s).
